A pal of mine recently posted a chart of the best times of day to drink water to reap the most benefits. Being in a city where it’s been 100 degrees+ even before summer officially began and much of the nation experiencing heat”waves”, I thought it’d be helpful to share a similar article from Lifescript. I drink water all day and I find that it does help keep me energized, prevents headaches and keeps me cooler than I’d be without my frequent intake. I also rediscovered my love for cucumber-infused water: sooo refreshing and tasty! So however you like it, drink up and drink up often!
The short list:
1. drink when you wake up
2. drink before a meal
3. drink between meals/with a snack
4. drink before a workout
5. if allowed, drink it with your medication
6. drink to prevent illness
7. drink more when you’re sick
8. drink when you’re tired
The reasons why:

JUICE OF A MEDIUM LEMON
12 SPEARMINT LEAVES
COMBINE EVERYTHING AND LET IT STAND IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT.
DRINK ALL WATER THROUGHOUT NEXT DAY
