  1. Oooh this is short and intense. My mornings always start off bad when I end them with a sour night. So for me, it’s just as important to make sure I end on a good note. I’ve noticed that eating before bed makes for horrible dreams too. Oh, and lights and TV on does the same.

    1. Oh yes definitely! You can’t go to bed on a bad note. I try not to eat too late because I have the same issue. Also, meditation music in complete darkness helps when I can’t get my mind to rest.
