As one ages this becomes obvious, but as a youngster you may be unsure of the strength located within.

I agree ..somewhat. I don’t know what you consider a youngster, but I’ve met “youngsters” in their 40s, 50s and 60s. Some people never realize their inner strength or find peace in their own company.

True, it takes time for some to realize their “friends” aren’t friends, not interested in positivity growth and change. People can keep you stuck at any age.
