Beautiful pic; empowerment is important. Should be taught in schools. Tell little girls you are special, gifted, hone your talents. Compete! I know a little girl who can play in the Lego station all day with the boys. I tell her slay, learn to engineer and all the coins will jiggle in your pockets. She’s four but I know she will remember.

It’s true. Many children’s interests and talents are not fostered, sometimes so much so that they’re lost forever. Imagine if all parents and teachers did that part of their job.
