  1. You were?! Still? I thought that had gone out of style in the 60s or 70s. Horrible to see lefties still be traumatized. But you guys were the terror of the fencing world, at least for foil fencers, back in the 90s! 🙂

  2. Interesting and COOL list. Never heard of anyone allergic to chicken though. BS, yes, but not chicken. LOL. How do you manage to eat just once a day? I eat twice a day, usually skipping breakfast, because I never really liked breakfast foods anyway or eating so early and I’ve had time to naturally let it go.

    1. YES! Chicken! It makes me extremely phlegmy, so I take it easy on the bird.

The one meal thing happened when I moved from the west coast to the east; I just started eating later. So my meal is the heaviest thing I eat, usually in the middle of the day, and I am not hungry enough for another.

And I eat more than once a day, just usually not more than one meal. Sorry if I was unclear.

      1. Oh, I get it. At first, I thought you were an OMADer, but the snacks and a meal seems reasonable, especially with the time-zone change. I think our bodies usually know what they need if taken good care of, like yours.
