I like that a lot! But it’s hard to live by. I find that I still care about what other people may or may not think about me. For instance, I have pinhole glasses which are said to be able to improve your vision with constant use. I’ll wear them but take them of when I approach people because honestly they loo a little goofy. But why should I care. I am improving myself. Plus you’re a random person that shouldn’t even matter to me. That is something that I have to work on.
I understand what you mean. And I agree that is is pretty difficult. I mean if we really didn’t care, we would dress the same as we do to run errands as we would to go to a wedding or job interview, right?
But, I think Wes is trying to say don’t let them weigh you down, or weigh you down for too long. It’s a waste of precious energy.
